Please find below the terms and conditions for booking with Noble Transfers and Tours.
Please read carefully through our Terms and Conditions, as refunds will not be given unless in the case of another lockdown. In the case of an otherwise cancelled booking, another booking for an alternative date will be arranged based on availability. In the case of any participants cancelling but the tour still going ahead a refund will be offered based on the adjusted tour price for the remaining participants as our tours are priced on a per person basis and vary depending on how many people are booking. For eg if you book a tour for 6 people and 1 person drops out the price is then readjusted to 5 people as per prices on our website.
Please note we are NOT a ‘party bus’. Our tours are for enjoyment and pleasure and for genuine wine lovers. We do not promote binge drinking or drinking to excess, prior to, or during the tour. If a winery refuses service to any intoxicated or rude participants the tour will be immediately cancelled or if the behaviour in the tour vehicle is deemed inappropriate by the driver the tour can be cancelled. The future of wine tastings for tour groups at wineries depends on the respectful behaviour of tour group participants.
According to the Covid-19 alert we have committed to extra hygiene measures and requirements for drivers and passengers. We will provide hand sanitiser for each passenger as they are getting into our vehicle, or they can use their own. Face masks are optional and a personal choice unless going into quarantine then required.
The vehicle will be sanitised between each booking with wiping down of high touch areas like door handles, seatbelts etc. Our 7 seater doors are automatic so let us open them for you!
It is vital that any passenger experiencing a sore throat, fever or cough (or any other symptom) DO not enter the vehicle to ensure the safety of myself, staff and others. If you do feel the onset of any symptoms, please contact me so you can re-book for another time.
Of course, we understand from time to time, you may experience a cough or a sneeze from either the air conditioner, or from allergies. We respectively ask that should you need to cough or sneeze, that you do so into a tissue or your elbow to prevent the spread of any germs throughout the vehicle and to others. And of course, we will have plenty of hand sanitiser to help clean hands as well.
The group organiser must contact us if any passenger gets Covid-19 within 2 weeks of the tour or transfer and also provide contact details for all tour participants prior to the tour. All wineries need to be individually signed into.
Our drivers are also acting according to Covid safe requirements by making sure if they are experiencing symptoms they get a covid test that is negative prior to driving.
We are allocated set times at the wineries so they can abide by social distancing and restricted number requirements. When booking a tour you agree to these terms and honour the itinerary set out for you. Your driver will let you know when we have to leave to get to the next winery on time, you are required to be ready to depart at this time.
If you have a lunch booking we will provide you with a current menu for you to pre order your lunch so that we can avoid delays. Noble Transfers and Tours does not hold a liquor licence therefore does not provide alcohol as part of the fee unless included in the price of a set lunch by the winery who is licensed.
Wine Tours are just that….tours……if you want to stay at a winery for an extended time to enjoy some wine it is preferable you book our Private Driver Service instead but be mindful that the wineries have to adhere to maximum numbers.
If participants are continually late or disrespectful to their driver the tour can be cancelled.
Drunken or rude behavior will not be tolerated and the driver reserves the right to remove anyone from the vehicle that exhibits this, to the drivers discretion, and will not be refunded or compensated. This also includes if the passenger/s are refused service at a winery because of intoxication or inappropriate behavior. No compensation or refunds will be paid. The driver has the right to cancel the tour immediately in case of drunken behavior or refused service at the winery due to drunken or rude behavior.
Any damage or mess by a passenger to the vehicle will incur a repair as per quote or a cleaning fee of $199 if required.
Noble Transfers and Tours (The Owner) accepts no responsibility for personal items during tours or transfers.
In the event of cancellation of a booked hire bus or pre paid meals and wine tastings, deposits taken will cover the cancellation fee and not be refunded.
We provide compliant child seats for our transfers but rely on you telling us the correct age of the child and which seat they require.

In the case of agreed pick up times our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes, after that a fee of $1 per minute will apply or the driver may depart if passengers are not contactable.
Important: By booking a tour or private driver we may take promotional photos which we may use on our website, advertising and social media platforms. If you do not agree to this please inform us in writing prior to booking.
We are not affiliated with any of the wineries and don’t receive any kickbacks or incentives from them. Its great to support them as they are wonderful local family owned businesses that have been severely affected by a downturn in business from the fires and Covid-19. Purchasing wine from the wineries is encouraged but not a requirement.
