Please find below the terms and conditions for booking with Noble Transfers and Tours.
Please read carefully through our Terms and Conditions, as refunds will not be given unless in the case of another lockdown or at least 4 weeks notice and when an alternative date cannot be arranged. In the case of a cancelled booking, another booking for an alternative date will be arranged based on availability.
We require at least 4 weeks notice to cancel and receive a full refund. If less than 4 weeks notice is given any prepaid tastings and fees (at the discretion of Noble Transfers and Tours) will not be refunded. However, all tours are transferable to another date if preferred.
In the event 1 or more participants of a group cancel due to illness and the group size changes, we will endeavor to refund the participant and the price will be adjusted per person at the discretion of Noble Transfer and Tours.
According to the Covid-19 alert we have committed to extra hygiene measures and requirements for drivers and passengers. We will provide hand sanitiser for each passenger as they are getting into our vehicle, or they can use their own. Face masks are optional and a personal choice unless going into quarantine or mandated at the time of the tour then required.
The vehicle will be sanitised between each booking with wiping down of high touch areas like door handles, seatbelts etc. Our 7 seater doors are automatic so let us open them for you! Your driver will open and shut the 12 seater door for you.
It is vital that any passenger experiencing a sore throat, fever or cough (or any other symptom) DO not enter the vehicle to ensure the safety of myself, staff and others. If you do feel the onset of any symptoms, please contact me so you can re-book for another time.
In the interest of safety, if our drivers also experience symptoms and an alternative registered and approved driver cannot be found the tour may be cancelled and a full refund given. If the participants choose to self drive in their own vehicle we will offer a refund less the cost of wine tastings and lunch.
The group organiser must contact us if any passenger gets Covid-19 within 2 weeks of the tour or transfer and also provide contact details for all tour participants prior to the tour. All wineries need to be individually signed into using the Service NSW app. In the event of changed number of participants prior to the tour the price can be adjusted to the new number of participants at the discretion of Noble Transfers and Tours.
All Quotes are valid for 2 weeks only.
We are allocated set times at the wineries so they can abide by social distancing and restricted number requirements. We also need to stay to schedule as arriving late to a winery can see your tasting cancelled. When booking a tour you agree to these terms and honour the itinerary set out for you. Your driver will let you know when we have to leave to get to the next winery on time, you are required to be ready to depart at this time. If participants consistently ignore set out times the tour can be cancelled at the discretion of the driver.
In the case of a specially discounted tours or bonus 4th tasting the wineries visited are subject to availability and at the discretion of Noble Transfers and Tours and in some cases the discount will not apply.
If you have a lunch booking we will provide you with a current menu for you to pre order your lunch so that we can avoid delays. The pre order is required at least one week prior to the tour.
Noble Transfers and Tours does not promote binge drinking or drinking to excess. Our tours are for wine tasting and enjoyment. The wineries have asked that tour groups not drink alcohol between wineries in their vehicle.
If participants are continually late or disrespectful to their driver the tour can be cancelled.
Drunken or rude behavior will not be tolerated and the owner reserves the right to remove anyone from the vehicle that exhibits this, to the owner’s discretion, and will not be refunded or compensated. This also includes if the passenger/s are refused service at a winery because of intoxication or inappropriate behavior. No compensation or refunds will be paid.
Any damage or mess by a passenger to the vehicle will incur a repair as per quote or a cleaning fee of $199 if required.
Noble Transfers and Tours (The Owner) accepts no responsibility for personal items left in the vehicle during tours or transfers.
We provide compliant child seats for our transfers but rely on you telling us the correct age of the child and which seat they require.

In the case of agreed pick up times our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes, after that a fee of $1 per minute will apply or the driver may depart if passengers are not contactable.
Important: By booking a tour or private driver we may take promotional photos which we may use on our website, advertising and social media platforms. If you do not agree to this please inform us in writing prior to booking.
We are not affiliated with any of the wineries and don’t receive any kickbacks or incentives from them. Its great to support them as they are wonderful local family owned businesses that have been severely affected by a downturn in business from the fires and Covid-19. Purchasing wine from the wineries is encouraged but not a requirement.
By booking a tour or transfer with Noble Transfers and Tours you agree the above conditions.
If a deposit is made and full payment not received by the due date the tour will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
